Standard delivery time & cost - UK:

Once order is confirmed, we will start processing your order within 4 working days. The production time varies depending on the item(s).

 

- For Ready-to-Buy: If the items is available, it will be shipped to you in 4 working days. If you add personalised engraving to the jewellery you ordered, this will take up to 8 working days to process.

- Customised Jewellery: this is made to order and it will take between 6-8  weeks for us to craft your jewellery .

- Bespoke Commission: for fully bespoke comission, this will take at least 6  weeks depending on your requirements and how long it takes to source the material and gemstones to your specific request.

We keep you updated on your order regularly so you know what stage of production it is at. Do not hesitate to email us at hello@kimjoux.com if you have any questions or if you need to receive your jewellery by a specific date.

Delivery within the UK is free. All items are will be posted using Next Day delivery service by Royal Mail. We will contact you when your order is on its way, with tracking information.

Standard delivery time & cost - International:

 

Once order is confirmed, we will start making your jewellery within 4 working days. It will takes approximately 7-9 weeks to craft and get your precious jewellery delivered to you. This might varies depending on customs processing time in different country. We always use reputable delivery handler to keep any delay to the minimal.

Standard and Express International delivery is available at an extra charge, please choose that option at check-out. 

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT included and will be payable by you when the items reaches the destination country.

Ready-to-Ship Items:

Standard order will be processed within 4 working day.  Order with added personalised engraving will be processed within 1 week.

UK delivery will be shipped using Next Day service.  International Delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose at check out and this might varies depending on customs processing time in different country.
