1. Consultation
2. Budget: Establish a budget you are happy with will help us maximise the value of your creation.
3. Sourcing: Whilst there are many design options, there might be only one gemstone that is YOU. Each natural gemstone is unique, one of its kind. So it is best to start with sourcing this perfect gem for you.
4. Design Proposals: we will present you with several designs to choose from, within your budget.
5. Review & Confirmation: we will make any adjustment if needed. Once you confirm on a design and cost, we will start crafting your bespoke jewellery. A deposit is required at this stage.
6. Your bespoke design is crafted using a fuse of modern & traditional technique.
All jewellery is finished by hand in London by highly experience goldsmiths and master goldsmiths.

HOW DO WE DO IT
Every details and emotions will be captured during our consultation to create your designs proposal.
Your creation always start with a story that you want to infuse into a design. With the aim to bring you a truly personal heirloom, Trang makes sure your jewellery is also practical so it can be worn everyday.
We work with some of the most prestigious, specialist and ethical suppliers globally to source your gemstones. And our team of gemologists and goldsmiths are highly skilled with decades of experience within the fine jewellery industry.

Once approve, we will create your design in CAD so you can fully visualise how your jewellery will look like. There is also an option for us to create a wax sample of your piece, so you can try it on to see how it fit.
If an item is 100% handmade, you guessed it, we will start shaping it by hand.
Your happiness when unboxing and your love for the new heirloom is our best seal of approval!
Our standard production time is between 6-10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
If you need your jewellery done sooner, please let us know as early as possible. We will review everything and confirm to you whether this can be done.
