Our showroom is located in the heart of London - Farringdon, but we’re proud to work with clients worldwide. Whether you’re visiting us in person or prefer a virtual consultation, we ensure that your experience is seamless and personal, no matter where you are. Appointments are required, as we do not accommodate walk-ins.

3. What materials and gemstones do we use?
We source only the finest materials, including certified diamonds, precious gemstones, and solid 18k gold or platinum.
We specialize in fine, bespoke jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and luxury pieces for everyday elegance or special occasions. Each piece is custom-designed to reflect your individuality, ensuring it is as unique as you are.
4. How does the bespoke design process work?

- Consultation: We begin with a personal consultation to understand your style, preferences, and vision for your piece.
- Budget: Establishing a budget you are happy with will help us maximise the value of your creation.
- Sourcing: Whilst there are many design options, there might be only one gemstone that is YOU. Each natural gemstone is unique, one of its kind. So it is best to start with sourcing this perfect gem for you.
Refine:
- Design Proposals: we will present you with several designs to choose from, within your budget.
- Review & Confirmation: we will make any adjustment if needed. Once you confirm on a design and cost, we will start crafting your bespoke jewellery. A deposit is required at this stage.
Craft:
- Your bespoke design is crafted using a fuse of modern & traditional technique.
- All jewellery is finished by hand in London by highly experienced goldsmiths and master goldsmiths.
Amendment:
- Bespoke design proposals include 2-3 sketches for you to choose from
- Once selected your most preferred design, we will have a further consultation with you to create the perfect result.
- Your approved design will then be created in CAD, and rendered image will be presented to you.
- We offer TWO complimentary amendments and ONE resin sample for you to try before confirming your order. Additional amendments (up to TWO) are available for £150, though most customers find two is enough.
- If you'd like to completely change your design, we’re happy to restart the process. This will require a £220 fee to cover the extra work before moving forward with a new design.

5. How long does it take to create a bespoke piece?
This depends on your requirements.
Sourcing your perfect gemstone(s) could take anytime between 1 week (e.g. a classic cut diamond) to several months ( e.g. a rare colour diamond or a gemstone in specific shade).
We carefully select each gemstone from our network of trusted, ethical suppliers around the globe, ensuring its quality and authenticity.
Our team then brings your vision to life, with our experienced craftsmen carefully shaping the design and adding personal touches. The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of your piece, but typically, it takes 6-10 weeks to meticulously craft your jewellery, ensuring every detail is perfect.

A bespoke item starts with a 65% deposit. We understand that investing in bespoke jewellery is a big decision, and we’re happy to discuss how we can help.
