Having had a brief conversation with Trang she was able to let me know what was possible and work with me around my budget. She quickly took my thoughts from my head and was able to put some sketches on to paper and using computer design helped create some beautiful designs.

 

It was also close to my wife’s birthday so there wasn’t much time and I wanted my wife to be able to have some input as she’s quite particular about jewellery. "I can be picky about jewellery styles and wasn't sure about what he had designed so it was good having Trang to consult about styles, materials and overall look. Trang was very fast with her communication and her ideas and guidance were so helpful in bringing what I had in mine to life.

One of the most helpful things that helped me visualise the design, was the CAD drawings she had drawn up. After giving the best options for gemstone sizes, how it would fit with my engagement ring/wedding band - she also provided me with a real-life mock-up so I could not only see how it would go, but also feel and wear it before finally purchasing it. Trang is very knowledgeable about the jewelry trade and design, so processional in her work manner but also friendly and approachable which made the whole process so seamless and easy.

 

In the end, I got the perfect eternity ring which symbolised my husband and I as a couple and our three children.
