how a jewellery redesign works

Consultation: It begins with a personal conversation with Trang. We'll explore what the piece means to you, what you'd like to preserve and what you're ready to change.
Budget & design: Design options and 3D views will be created once you confirm your budget. A £150 non-refundable design deposit is required, credited towards your final price.
verify
Examination: Once you approve the design, we'll carefully examine your existing stones and test the metal. This confirms exactly what we're working with and allows us to adjust the quotation if needed.
Confirmation: With the design and final cost agreed, 65% of the remaining balance confirms your order and we begin making your piece.
recreate
Crafting: Your jewellery is carefully taken apart and brought to life in its new form by our skilled London goldsmiths. Any unused stones or metal are returned to you.

How long does a bespoke piece take?
Most bespoke designs take 6–10 weeks, depending on gemstone sourcing and complexity of a piece.
Can I use my own stones?
Absolutely. We love redesigning a family piece into something you’ll wear every day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a design is confirmed, creation begins, a deposit of £500 is required begin the design process and making any adjustment needed. If you decide to cancel within one week, a 50% refund will be issued.
